Five types of commodities:
We can’t cover every load securement situation you may encounter. But, there are some common commodity types specifically mentioned in the regulations which require specialized knowledge to secure. Here we’ll consider five types of commodities that are commonly hauled on flatbeds.
The list includes: heavy equipment, lumber and building materials, metal coils, concrete pipe, and logs.
