This course demonstrates to supervisors what to do before an investigation, how to secure a scene and gather data, how to conduct successful interviews, and then analyze and report the findings. The importance of determining root causes is stressed, because unsafe behavior may be in indicator of a flaw in training or a failure to fully understand the hazards of a particular job.
