Course Length: 14 minutes

This training course, Incident Investigation for Oilfield Employees, explains the important of incident reporting and the role you play in the investigation as an employee. Incident reporting and investigation is important to help build a culture of safety and reach a zero-incident state, the goal is NOT to cast blame or get someone fired.

Incident reporting involves looking at the whole system of safety control so even seemingly insignificant details could be the key to improving safety for yourself and fellow workers.
