J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. will sometimes ask for personal information such as your name, address, email address, occupation, and other details. Providing us your information will simply help us offer products and services that we think you'd like to hear about. J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Those steps include limiting access to your information, communicating this policy statement to all J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. employees who have access to your information, and establishing and enforcing penalties for violating this statement.
J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. will not sell, rent or give away your personal information to other companies for them to use in selling others' products or services. When we do contract with another company to market or advertise products or services for us, we will insist on binding agreements from those companies protecting your information. We will vigorously enforce all privacy agreements we have with other companies.

Email and other communications from J. J. Keller
- By registering access to J. J. Keller's Training on Demand you agree to receive administrative and product information about Training on Demand via email or other means.
- Concerning other J. J. Keller products and services: We will communicate with you via email or other online delivery devices only if you agree to receive those communications. Those who believe they are receiving our communications in error or no longer desire to receive them should inform us by sending us a message from the Contact Us page, and we will remove you from our mailing lists. J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. will be judicious in the use of email and paper mail to communicate with you. We will, at all times, put ourselves in the place of the recipients of our mail and treat you as we ourselves would like to be treated.
Training Coordinator Grouping Feature
The Training Coordinator Group features in the My Toolbox area allows Training on Demand members to join a Group with other Training on Demand members. If you choose to invite another member to join your Group, and that member accepts, you will have "Super Trainer" rights and accessibility to that member's Training on Demand account. A Super Trainer has the ability to run reports in your account as well as distribute training points to, and remove points from your account. Joining a Group or forming a Group cannot be done without the expressed consent of all/both parties.
The exchange of user names must be conducted outside of Training on Demand. J. J. Keller will not supply this information to any Training on Demand member.
Members accepting my Group invitation
Any Training on Demand member accepting your Group invitation will be listed on the Manage Administration Group page (linked from the "My Dashboard" page) by user name and then location. If you do not see the user name and locations of a member of your Group, you must contact them and have them request to be a part of your Group, using your Training on Demand Group # and user ID on the Request to Join Another Group page, available from the Manage Administration Group page.
Information Privacy
J. J. Keller's Training on Demand believes data is secure. The only access is via password.
Cookies
J. J. Keller's Training on Demand uses a session cookie to facilitate navigation throughout the site. This cookie does not reveal any information about you or your computer. It is automatically removed when you end your Training on Demand session.
Your Consent
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Remote Computer Access
With your permission, a member of our support team will use our live remote-assistance tool (GoToAssist™), to view your desktop and control of your mouse and keyboard to help resolve your technical issue. Once the session is closed, the GoToAssist™ access cookie is removed and we no longer have access to your computer.
