Workplace Attitudes and Behaviors for Oil Field Employees

This program describes the workplace attitudes and behaviors that are essential to regulatory compliance, employee health and safety, environmental, and efficient and incident-free operations. To gain an understanding of the importance of keeping the workplace safe, this training outlines basic safety responsibilities and practices by exploring such topics as violence and harassment, drug and alcohol use, and driving safety as an essential part of the job.

This course was designed to meet and exceed the curriculum requirements necessary for IADC RigPass®, SafeGulf and SafeLand standardized orientation training program accreditation.

This course presents interactive instruction covering the following topical areas:
