Preventing Discrimination and Harassment for Supervisors – Calif AB1825

Course Length: 120 minutes

California state law (AB 1825) requires all organizations with 50 or more employees to provide managers with a special 2-hour discrimination and harassment training every 24 months. Training managers to prevent workplace discrimination and harassment is nothing less than essential. Not only can workplace discrimination and harassment affect employee productivity, it can divert resources from the organization's real business. Improper conduct can also lead to liability for the organization and/or individual employees for workplace discrimination and harassment. California has established legal standards that employers must meet to avoid — or at least minimize — incidents of discrimination and harassment and avoid liability for punitive damages.

This course meets the requirements in California and Connecticut.

Students will need approximately 120 minutes to complete this course.
