Corrective Action Training: Drug Use

Intended Audience: Any learner who is in need of remedial training related to drug use.
Overview: This Corrective Action Training module is designed to provide learners with remedial training related to drug use. Specifically, this course was designed to remind drivers to comply with the drug prohibitions in Section 392.4, not use or possess any substance that might affect safe driving, be aware of the exceptions to the prohibitions, and understand the consequences for violating the regulations.
Objectives
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Identify which drivers need to abide by the drug prohibitions in Section 392.4.
- Explain the drug prohibitions for on-duty drivers.
- List the two exceptions to the drug prohibitions.
- List potential consequences of violating the drug prohibitions.
