Overview: This Corrective Action Training module is designed to provide learners with remedial training related to hazmat special corrosive loading. Specifically, this course was designed to address loading and securing storage batteries containing electrolyte and to address loading prohibition for packages containing nitric acid of 50% or greater.
Objectives
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Explain ways to load and secure storage batteries containing electrolyte during transport.
- Identify the loading prohibition for packages containing nitric acid (50 percent or greater).
