Overview: This Corrective Action Training module is designed to provide learners with remedial training related to anchor points used for fall protection. Specifically, this course was designed to remind employees to ensure they're using an adequate anchor point.
Objectives
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Explain why adequate anchorage is required
- Identify who is responsible for properly tieing-off to an anchorage point
- Determine when not to use an anchorage point
- Describe what could happen as a result of a fall event if an adequate anchor point isn't used
