Intended Audience: Any learner who is in need of remedial training related to fall clearances required when using a body harness for fall protection.
Overview: This Corrective Action Training module was designed to remind employees to ensure there is adequate fall clearance before working from heights.
Objectives
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Explain why workers need adequate fall clearance while using a body harness
- Identify who is responsible for ensuring adequate fall clearance exists
- Explain how to calculate fall clearance distance
- Describe what could during a fall event if a worker doesn't have adequate fall clearance
