Intended Audience: Drivers who are applying for the hazardous materials endorsement on their commercial driver's license (CDL).

Entry-Level Driver Training (Hazmat Endorsement): Reporting Hazardous Materials Crashes and Releases is designed to teach drivers the proper procedures and contacts for the immediate notification related to certain hazmat incidents, including instruction in the proper completion and submission of hazmat incident reports.

After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Discuss when to report a hazmat incident via telephone, who to call, and what information to include
- Identify when and how to submit a written incident report to the Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)
