Intended Audience: Drivers who are applying for the hazardous materials endorsement on their commercial driver's license (CDL).
Course Disclaimer: The Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) are written to ensure the safe and secure movement of hazardous materials (hazmat) and to minimize threats to life, property, or the environment due to hazardous materials related incidents. Unfortunately, accidents and mishaps will still occur, and hazmat drivers should be prepared.
