Intended Audience: Any learner who is in need of remedial training related to backing a CMV

Overview: This training is designed to provide learners with remedial training related to backing. Specifically, this course was designed to prepare drivers to back their vehicle by following the proper steps, Get Out and Look ( or GOAL) before backing their vehicle, and using a qualified and experienced spotter (when allowed).

Objectives

After completing this course, learners will be able to:

Describe the steps that must be followed when preparing to back a CMV
Explain the procedure that must be followed when using a spotter
