Overview: Have you ever wondered what to do if a friend, loved one, or a coworker is hurt in an accident? It is a scenario no one wants to imagine, but being prepared is crucial.

Knowing basic first aid is not just a skill; it is a lifeline. It helps you assess the situation quickly and prioritize your response based on the severity of the injury. It empowers you to have a role in helping the victim and reducing the risk of the situation worsening.

First Aid Basics is designed to help general workplace and construction employees respond effectively to first aid and emergency situations that may arise at work, at home, and in the community.
